Terms of use
These terms apply to everyone who uses LMPure (lmpure.com), a service of Learning Media Publication, Meerut, India. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. The service
LMPure offers online tools for PDF files, images, writing, research and teaching. Most tools are free and run in your web browser. Some tools, or some features of them, are available only with LMPure Premium. We may add, change or remove tools and features, and change which tools are free or Premium, at any time.
2. Your files and content
Files you open in our tools are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us. You remain the owner of your files and are responsible for them. Only use files and content you have the right to use, copy or change. Keep your own backup of important files: we can't recover a file we never received.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use Premium. Give a correct email address, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. One account is for one person or one institution. An account may be used on a limited number of devices at the same time; logging in on a new device can log out the oldest one.
4. Premium and access codes
- Premium is activated with an access code that we send after you pay. A code can be used once and adds the number of days shown for its plan.
- Prices and plans are shown on the Premium page and may change. A change never shortens Premium you have already activated.
- Don't share, sell or publish access codes or Premium accounts. We may cancel codes or accounts that are shared or bought from someone other than us.
- Because a code works the moment it is activated, payments are not refundable once the code has been used. If a code doesn't work, or you paid but didn't get a code, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use LMPure for anything illegal, or to infringe copyright, forge documents, signatures or certificates, or deceive anyone;
- remove watermarks, passwords or other protection from files you don't own or have permission to change;
- try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits or security of the site;
- copy, resell or republish the site, its design or its code.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
6. Results and accuracy
We work hard to make our tools accurate, but results such as OCR text, translations, citations, summaries, similarity scores, answer feedback and OMR results can contain mistakes. Check important results yourself before you rely on them. See our Disclaimer for more.
7. Third-party services and ads
Some tools use outside services (listed in our Privacy policy), and the site shows ads from Google. We aren't responsible for third-party websites, services or advertisers, or for products advertised on LMPure.
8. Our content
The LMPure name, logo, website design, guides and code belong to Learning Media Publication. You may link to any page and share our guides with credit, but don't copy them in full to another site.
9. No warranty and limits on our responsibility
LMPure is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, Learning Media Publication is not liable for any loss of data, profit, marks, admission, job or other indirect loss arising from your use of the site. If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using LMPure after a change, you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
