How do I make certificates for all students at once?
Put the student names (and any other details) in Excel, one row per student. Upload the file, place the fields on the design, and click Create PDF. Every student gets their own certificate.
Can I use my own certificate design?
Yes. Upload your design as a JPG or PNG image, or the first page of a PDF, as the background. Then place the name, date and other fields wherever you want.
How do I make ID cards with photos?
Choose an ID card layout and turn on the photo box. Add a column in Excel with each student's photo file name (for example 101.jpg), then select all the photos at once. Cards are laid out on A4 sheets with cut marks, ready to print.
Does it work with Hindi names?
Yes. Hindi and other Indian scripts are drawn by your browser, so names like "प्रिया वर्मा" print correctly. Choose a Devanagari font for best results.
Is my data uploaded?
No. Student data and photos stay on your computer. Everything is created inside your browser.
