Should a fresher add a photo?
For most private-sector jobs in India a photo is optional. Government and some teaching jobs ask for one. Use a plain background and formal clothes.
How long should my resume be?
One page for freshers and up to 5 years of experience; two pages after that. The PDF moves extra content to page two without cutting lines.
Can recruiters' software (ATS) read it?
The Classic and Minimal templates use a simple one-column layout that applicant tracking systems read well. For online forms that need text, also keep a copy in Word.
