About this tool
Recruitment portals reject images that are a few KB too big or a few pixels off. This tool crops your image to the right shape, scales it to the exact pixel size, and then adjusts JPEG quality until the file lands inside the KB range. If a file comes out smaller than the minimum, it is padded so the portal accepts it without changing how it looks.
Your photo never leaves your phone or computer.
Questions
Are these sizes correct for my exam?
The presets follow recent notifications from each board, but boards change them. Always check the size in your own notification and edit the width, height and KB fields if they differ.
Why does the form say my photo is the wrong size even though the KB is right?
Most portals check both KB and pixel size. This tool sets both. If a portal also checks DPI, the file is saved at the DPI you choose (200 by default).
Can I add my name and date below the photo?
Yes. Turn on "Add name and date" and type them. Some exams ask for this on the photo.
My signature looks grey or faint. What can I do?
Turn on "Clean signature". It makes the paper white and the ink darker, which portals read more easily.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens inside your browser on your own device.
